Senior Director of Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Offline Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated brand and consumer experiences in offline channels to drive acquisition and loyalty
• Negotiate with and manage Consumer Engagement agencies for in-market programs and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Identify untapped geographies for market entry and develop tailored strategies to increase presence and market share

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in executing engagement programs in offline channels
• Proven track record of driving business growth and leading teams
• Strong preference for candidates with US nicotine category experience or CPG products in regulated industries
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
