Guiding engagement strategy for key client accounts, the full-time Senior Director of Engagement Strategy will drive strategic vision, mentor team members, and foster innovation in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the agency's engagement strategy philosophy and approaches
• Lead the development and execution of integrated digital and omnichannel strategies for clients
• Mentor team members while collaborating with other departments to enhance overall agency performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in engagement strategy, digital marketing, or project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical agency
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and implementing omnichannel strategies
• Extensive experience in brand and tactical planning with a focus on innovation
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and customer behavior analysis
