Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Design Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to foster innovation and oversee the delivery of technology solutions
• Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on customer-facing roles
• Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, hardware accelerators, and software stacks for large-scale training and inference
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and high-speed IO protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with advanced studies in Business/Operations/Technology recommended
• Experience with emerging technologies and ability to align engineering efforts with business goals
