Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Engineering Management to lead the development of a new technology CRM product for the higher education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering management for multiple development teams, ensuring best practices throughout the product development cycle
• Engage in architectural and technical design of cloud-based software applications across various development stacks
• Implement strategies for team retention and maintain high performance standards among team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 8 - 10+ years of experience in software product development in B2B or B2C settings
• 6+ years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams
• Significant experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Python/Django
• Proven track record of improving technical processes and managing multiple projects and teams
