Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Engineering Management to lead the development of a new technology CRM product for higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach multiple engineering teams, ensuring best practices throughout the product development cycle
• Engage in architectural and technical design of cloud-based software applications across various development stacks
• Provide project planning and estimation to facilitate quarterly product functionality planning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 8 - 10+ years of professional experience in software product development
• 6+ years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Python/Django
• Proven track record of improving engineering processes and managing multiple projects
