A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering & Architecture to lead the solution design and development of a centralized messaging platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a central abstraction layer for messaging integration across various channels
• Lead the integration of AI/ML for intelligent message routing and response generation
• Build and lead a global engineering team focused on API development and channel integration

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering or architecture with experience in complex, distributed systems
• 5+ years of leadership in omnichannel messaging or conversational AI platforms
• Experience in building API-based integration layers and intelligent routing systems
• Proven ability to manage 3rd-party messaging platform integrations
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML models for message classification and response generation
