Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead its Product Development organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale engineering teams across multiple domains while fostering a strong engineering culture
• Define and execute long-term technical strategy and ensure system reliability and security
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations with teams of 20+
• Experience building and operating SaaS platforms at significant scale
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strong business acumen
