Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead product development teams and Cloud Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Development, QA, and Cloud Operations for SaaS products, building high-performing teams and driving engineering excellence
• Collaborate with product management, design, and executive leadership to ensure high-quality product releases and customer experience
• Mentor engineering managers and contributors, establishing engineering standards and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and reliable

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles managing teams
• Experience building and scaling engineering organizations of 30+ people across diverse technology stacks
• Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives while maintaining operational excellence
• Strong technical judgment for making architectural decisions and guiding teams effectively
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability tools
