Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across multiple platform UX engineering teams, including planning and backlog management
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for frontend platforms and design systems
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing frontend engineering leaders and teams

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior technical leadership roles
• Significant experience leading frontend or UX platform engineering organizations
• Deep expertise in building and scaling frontend platforms and design systems
• Strong hands-on technical background in modern frontend architectures
• Experience delivering high-quality, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces at scale
