Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for various engineering platforms
• Develop a high-performance team culture that prioritizes impactful solutions for users and businesses
• Lead the delivery of AI-driven business KPIs and establish experimentation frameworks for customer experience validation

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering leadership with experience in high-performing global organizations
• 5+ years leading teams that build and operate AI/ML systems in production
• Experience with personalization, recommendation, and generative AI systems in consumer applications
• Strong technical expertise in architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
