Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead hardware enablement and partner ecosystem efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and scale a team focused on hardware platform enablement and production readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure next-generation platform readiness
• Enhance automation and operational tooling to streamline platform onboarding and reduce time-to-production

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Information Science with 15+ years of experience in software engineering or IT leadership
• 7+ years of leadership experience in engineering organizations covering hardware and software
• Hands-on experience in hardware bring-up, platform validation, or large-scale systems operations
• Strong program execution skills in iterative delivery and risk management
• Experience leading cross-company partnerships in rapidly evolving environments
