Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Engineering - Hotel Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering vision for hotel operational platforms and technology ecosystems
• Oversee the full lifecycle of hotel operations engineering, ensuring solutions are robust and aligned with business objectives
• Lead large-scale transformations from mainframe to cloud-based platforms, including data migration and vendor management

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of application architecture and engineering leadership experience
• Direct experience leading technology teams for hotel operations platforms or mission-critical operational systems
• Experience managing complex budgets in excess of $25-50M
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale data transformations and cloud technologies
• Proven ability to lead large engineering organizations and develop high-performing teams
