Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-team engineering organization, managing engineering managers and staff-level ICs
• Own technical strategy and investment decisions across rewarded gaming, shopping rewards, and the offer platform
• Ensure consumer-facing platforms are scalable, reliable, and resilient under high user volume

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing software engineers, including managing engineering managers
• Experience leading engineering organizations of 20+ engineers across multiple teams
• Strong technical background in backend systems or mobile platform infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of making high-impact architectural and investment trade-offs
