Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering, AI & Mobile Growth Platforms, responsible for modernizing and scaling technology for sales and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior engineering authority for growth, sales, and client experience platforms
• Own and execute the roadmap for AI modernization across sales and client workflows
• Lead the design and engineering of mobile-first experiences for sales and client stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience
• 8+ years as an engineering leader with experience in complex, enterprise-scale platforms
• 5+ years of experience building AI solutions, including agents within Salesforce
• 3+ years of Salesforce engineering experience, including mobile and integrations
• Strong grounding in core engineering principles such as distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
