Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time Senior Director of Engineering will manage the internal deployment of AI infrastructure, build agentic workflows across various business units, and enable non-engineers to create their own AI solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the internal AI deployment infrastructure for scalable workflow building
• Directly create agentic workflows to automate high-friction tasks across multiple departments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure responsible AI adoption

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management
• Strong technical background with a history of building and shipping software
• Experience in developing and deploying agentic systems
• Ability to effectively communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated bias toward action and iterative problem-solving
