Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the development of agentic engineering capabilities, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Engineering will define the vision and strategy for integrating AI agents into product development, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational change across a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for agentic engineering, aligning with business and product priorities
• Build and lead teams responsible for shared agentic platform capabilities and establish an evaluation system for agent performance
• Drive adoption of agentic workflows by partnering with cross-functional teams and redesigning organizational processes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
• Experience defining and scaling internal platforms or shared engineering capabilities in a multi-product environment
• Knowledge of AI-enabled systems, including orchestration, automation, and evaluation frameworks
• Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders across various functions including Product, Engineering, and Security
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
