Job Summary
Leading the engineering strategy and execution for identity governance, the full-time remote Senior Director of Engineering will manage engineering teams, drive technical vision, and ensure the platform's scalability and security while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale engineering teams across various identity governance functions, establishing strategy and measurable objectives
- Define and execute the technical vision for identity governance capabilities, focusing on architecture decisions and platform integration
- Partner with Product leadership to translate customer requirements into an effective engineering roadmap and ensure high-quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles at the Director/Senior Director level
- Proven experience in leading multiple engineering teams and developing senior technical leaders
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and APIs
- Experience with identity governance, lifecycle management, or related compliance-driven domains
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through production
