Job Summary
Leading the engineering health of core product clouds, the full-time Senior Director of Engineering will manage day-to-day execution, drive AI-augmented development practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the transformation to a spec-driven development organization, leveraging AI to enhance delivery quality and speed
- Establish and monitor metrics for delivery, quality, and reliability, using data to drive decisions and accountability across teams

Required qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing engineering managers

- Experience leading an AI transformation within an engineering organization, focusing on AI-assisted development and spec-driven practices
- Strong metrics-driven leadership style, with fluency in delivery and quality metrics (e.g., DORA metrics, defect rates)
- Demonstrated ability to build a continuous-improvement culture that enhances engineering standards over time
