Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enrollment & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enrollment operations, driving growth and retention through a team of Admissions Advisors and Affiliate Partnership Manager
• Develop and implement strategies for community outreach, enrollment growth, and partnership development
• Monitor revenue performance and collaborate with finance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing quota-carrying individuals
• Proven track record in leading enrollment or sales teams in a direct-to-consumer or private education setting
• Strong understanding of enrollment funnel management, sales metrics, and CRM tools
• Experience in financial planning and forecasting
