Senior Director of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

Transforming the global application ecosystem, the full-time Senior Director of Enterprise Applications will develop strategic roadmaps, lead AI integration, and ensure operational excellence across critical systems such as Salesforce and Workday while collaborating with executive leadership in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy aligned with business priorities and AI integration
• Ensure enterprise platforms meet or exceed established service level agreements for performance and availability
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of solution architects and technical experts while managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; MBA or Master's preferred
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications within a global SaaS organization
• Extensive experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and Workday platforms
• Proven success in executing large-scale strategic transformation programs and complex integration projects
