Senior Director of Enterprise Enablement

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and people-first leader, the full-time Senior Director of Enterprise Enablement will manage the post-sales enablement portfolio, including Customer Education and Partner Enablement, while leading a team to drive customer success and product adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the customer education strategy and modernize the learning experience for Coupa University
• Lead a team focused on post-sales enablement, ensuring effective messaging and readiness across customer lifecycle stages
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives and report on key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enablement, GTM, or customer education strategy within enterprise software or SaaS
• 5+ years of experience managing people managers and leading teams
• Proven track record in commercializing training or certification portfolios
• Strong knowledge of learning operations and relevant tools/systems
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
