Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a new business team focused on driving growth in the Enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives to generate new business
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow pipeline and increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success to ensure a seamless client experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise new business development or B2B sales, with 2-4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets for SaaS or data solutions
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and performance management
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI tracking, particularly in Salesforce and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
