Job Summary

Leading the Enterprise West business, the full-time Senior Director of Enterprise Sales will manage first-line sales managers, define go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own new business revenue targets and ensure consistent quarter-over-quarter performance through effective team management
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, including market prioritization and pipeline coverage targets
  • Recruit, develop, and performance-manage first-line sales managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record of leading first-line sales managers in enterprise SaaS with consistent revenue performance
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise sales teams in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales motions and complex procurement cycles
  • High forecast discipline and rigorous pipeline management skills
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level buyers effectively
