Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise West business, the full-time Senior Director of Enterprise Sales will manage first-line sales managers, define go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own new business revenue targets and ensure consistent quarter-over-quarter performance through effective team management
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, including market prioritization and pipeline coverage targets
- Recruit, develop, and performance-manage first-line sales managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of leading first-line sales managers in enterprise SaaS with consistent revenue performance
- Experience building and scaling enterprise sales teams in a rapid growth environment
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales motions and complex procurement cycles
- High forecast discipline and rigorous pipeline management skills
- Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level buyers effectively
