Senior Director of Enterprise Security

Job Summary

Leading the charge in enterprise security, the full-time Senior Director of Enterprise Security will provide strategic direction and oversight for Security Architecture and Engineering, Security Operations, and Identity and Access Management teams while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and guide the Enterprise Security program, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards
• Oversee the implementation of security measures, incident response strategies, and the development of a cyber resilience program
• Manage and mentor leaders within the Security Architecture, Operations, and Identity and Access Management functions to foster a high-performing team culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise security, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record in building comprehensive cybersecurity programs and managing multi-team security organizations
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR
• Extensive knowledge of current security landscape and industry best practices
