Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Accounts (MUO).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day steward of MUO and enterprise growth priorities aligned to corporate strategy
• Identify enterprise expansion, integration, and pull-through opportunities
• Act as the primary sales and account management contact for assigned MUOs and enterprise partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years in enterprise healthcare strategy, corporate accounts, or complex account leadership
• Enterprise sales experience in the LTC space at relevant clinical or technology platforms
• Strong strategic judgment and execution discipline
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence
