Senior Director of Epic Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery and operational performance of enterprise healthcare platforms, the full-time Senior Director of Epic Delivery will manage Epic applications, oversee PMO functions, and ensure compliance and security in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead delivery and lifecycle management of Epic applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Epic platforms, driving operational efficiency and high system performance
• Provide leadership for the Epic PMO, standardizing delivery methodologies and ensuring strong program governance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing computer and information systems
• At least 5 years of management/supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly Epic
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management related to healthcare IT systems
