Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications, focusing on SAP
• Oversee the delivery model for enterprise applications and ensure strong governance across IT and business stakeholders
• Manage relationships with system integrators and lead contract negotiations for strategic partners

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or IT leadership roles
• Proven experience leading enterprise application organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives
• Deep experience with enterprise business applications including ERP, Finance, and HR systems
• Experience working within regulated industries such as medical device or healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
