Senior Director of Events

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Events, Donor Experience and Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of a comprehensive events program focused on donor recognition, stewardship, and cultivation
• Develop milestone-based experiences to enhance fundraising momentum and donor engagement
• Manage event-related budgets and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in managing complex event portfolios
• Experience in planning and executing philanthropy/fundraising events, including budget management
• Direct report management experience required
• Experience working with donors and fundraising teams preferred
