Senior Director of Executive Communications

Job Summary

To drive effective communication strategies, the full-time Senior Director of Executive Communications will lead the transformation of Elastic's go-to-market strategy into clear, actionable communications, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and overseeing executive communications, engagement programs, and operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the communications strategy supporting Elastic's go-to-market priorities and business objectives
• Lead executive messaging, presentations, and content creation while establishing communication standards and frameworks
• Oversee executive engagement programs to enhance customer relationships and support growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in Executive Communications, Revenue Operations, or related fields
• Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into compelling executive narratives
• Experience working directly with senior executives and a strong executive presence
• Deep knowledge of SaaS go-to-market operating models and communication operations
• Experience designing scalable executive involvement programs in a fast-growing B2B environment
