Senior Director of Executive Communications

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor and master storyteller, the full-time Senior Director of Executive Communications will develop and lead integrated communications strategies for the President and CFO, focusing on financial narratives and corporate strategy in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape external voice and narrative frameworks for financial and strategic audiences, ensuring alignment across communications channels
• Craft high-quality executive-level content, including speeches, media commentary, and social media narratives that highlight financial performance and corporate strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain message consistency and manage communications agencies for various initiatives

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications, with at least 5 years supporting C-suite executives
• Proven ability to advise on financial narrative and public market communications at the highest levels
• Experience in developing multi-functional communications strategies across various channels
• Strong track record in a fast-paced, hypergrowth technology environment
• BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
