Senior Director of Experience Platform

Job Summary

Leading the transformation into an AI-native HCM company, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Experience Platform will own the vision, strategy, and execution for the foundational experience platform, overseeing teams focused on web, mobile, AI, and accessibility while collaborating across product and engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and architecture for platforms that enhance Dayforce experiences across various channels
• Lead the development of the AI Experience platform, enabling intelligent product capabilities and translating the Agentic HCM vision into reusable components
• Build and mentor a high-performing product and engineering organization, fostering a culture of technical rigor and customer empathy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading major experience or AI platform transformations at scale
• Strong background in building platforms for internal product teams or external developer ecosystems
• Experience with AI-augmented product development and software engineering practices
• Ability to engage deeply with technical teams on system design and architecture
• Fluency in both customer experience and technical architecture with a focus on measurable impact
