Senior Director of Experiential Events

Job Summary

Leading a client services team, the full-time Senior Director of Experiential Events will oversee the delivery of agency projects from inception to execution, mentor talent, and drive strategic innovation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a client services team, starting with one direct report and scaling as business demands
• Develop integrated experiential solutions that align with larger campaign objectives while maintaining oversight of multiple accounts
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, focusing on retention and identifying new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of relevant agency experience in experiential, sports, entertainment, or culture
• Proven track record managing and growing client accounts with large-scale integrated projects
• Deep understanding of the experiential landscape, particularly with creator-led activations and music talent experiences
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets across a wide range of scales
