Key responsibilities

• Develops and executes federal account strategies to achieve growth targets aligned with organizational goals and market trends
• Manages the federal business development pipeline, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures for opportunity tracking
• Mentors and develops less experienced business development personnel while supporting continuous improvement and compliance efforts

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in federal health, readiness, or workforce programs
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Established professional relationships within federal civilian or defense agencies relevant to health and workforce support
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding business development performance targets
