Job Summary
Leading the Americas Field Activation & Execution team, the remote Senior Director of Field Activation will define and execute strategies for field-specific enablement needs, focusing on driving adoption of global skill programs and addressing bespoke sales team requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for field-specific enablement needs across the Americas
- Drive adoption of global skill programs while managing bespoke sales team enablement and stakeholder engagement
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field enablement managers to enhance organizational depth and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in sales as a quota-carrying Account Executive or sales manager
- Experience leading a field-facing enablement or sales operations team
- Strong track record of driving program adoption across a distributed sales organization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, aligning field needs with global program teams
- Proven ability to influence senior sales leaders through effective communication
