Job Summary

Leading a team of SLED Sellers, the full-time Senior Director of Field Sales - SLED will manage the full sales cycle for organizations with IT security needs, focusing on client engagement and team development in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members while achieving regional sales objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet financial targets and enhance customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to close deals and expand the customer base
Required qualifications:
  • Experience as an enterprise software sales executive targeting corporate IT audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership skills with a successful track record in managing regional sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or MEDDIC
  • Experience selling into the SLED market and working with channel partners
