Senior Director of Field Services

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time remote Senior Director of Field Services will manage the Copier Service, Install, PMO, and Shred Divisions, ensuring financial strength and operational efficiency while collaborating with the Executive Management team to establish long-range goals and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Field Services division to meet sales, profitability, and business goals
• Administer the division's P&L and expense budget to maintain cost-effective operations
• Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership within the Field Services division

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10 years+ of industry experience
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Extensive knowledge of IT subjects and proficiency with business collaboration tools
• Strong operational focus with strategic vision and analytical ability
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
