Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic finance leader, the full-time Senior Director of Finance will manage financial operations for the Wellbeing business, driving operational efficiency and cross-functional decision-making to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate financial planning and analysis for core Wellbeing functions to drive operational excellence
• Lead financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals while overseeing large client implementations
• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, ensuring alignment with margin targets and evaluating vendor contracts for financial efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a finance leadership position
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with 7+ years of progressive responsibility
• Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan platforms preferred
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for financial analysis and reporting
