Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance, 3PL Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the Fulfillment Services business through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Provide actionable insights by translating complex data into clear recommendations for decision-making
• Transform and scale finance operations using advanced systems and data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience in e-commerce and 3PL businesses
• Expertise in FP&A and complex financial systems, including SQL, Excel, Oracle, and SAP
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and streamlining processes
• Experience partnering with executives to shape strategy and guide decisions
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic vision with execution
