Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial consolidation functions, including forecasting, budgeting, and M&A support
• Support the VP, Finance in corporate management reporting and analytical functions
• Identify automation opportunities in reporting and analytics, and lead financial improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analytics and consolidated financial performance
• At least 6 years of management experience with hiring and training responsibilities
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation tools
• Experience in mergers and acquisition analysis and integration
