Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and international financial consolidation functions, including forecasting, budgeting, and M&A support
• Support the VP, Finance in corporate consolidated management reporting and analytical functions
• Identify and implement financial improvements to achieve revenue and profit targets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in financial analytics and consolidated financial performance
• At least 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring and team performance
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation tools
• Mergers and acquisitions analysis and integration experience
