Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of VBC Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor private payer value-based contracts across various lines of business
• Produce financial performance summaries and reports for senior leadership and investors
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, planning, and financial audits

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare finance, particularly in value-based care contracting
• Deep understanding of VBC contract structures across Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid
• Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• Familiarity with stop-loss and reinsurance programs is a plus
