Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Finance - Global Commercial & GTM Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead financial co-pilot to senior leaders, translating market data into growth strategies
• Oversee global sales incentive plans and evaluate promotion strategies for optimal profitability
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the global commercial organization while driving AI-enabled finance transformation

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive finance experience, particularly in Commercial Finance or GTM Operations
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing senior-level talent
• Deep expertise in trade spend, promotional ROI, and global pricing strategies
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance/Economics is highly preferred
• Experience evolving finance organizations to become proactive, analytics-driven partners
