Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

Driving financial excellence across complex wellbeing operations, the remote Senior Director of Finance will manage financial planning and analysis, support business development through financial modeling, and lead pricing strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between Finance and Wellbeing leadership to enhance operational excellence and oversee financial planning for core functions
• Lead financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals while providing oversight for large client implementations
• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks and comprehensive pricing models for Wellbeing services to ensure alignment with margin targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in a similar finance leadership position
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with 7+ years of progressive responsibility
• Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan platforms preferred
• Comfort using AI and automation tools for financial analysis and modeling
