Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

Driving financial strategy and performance management for the GTM business, the full-time Senior Director of Finance will manage financial planning, user acquisition, and profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business
• Drive efforts to serve new customer segments and launch new insurance products
• Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, communicating actionable insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• 6-8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles at a GTM or consumer-facing company
• Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics
• Stellar academic record with a degree in a quantitative field
• SQL knowledge preferred; prior experience with Corp Dev/Biz Dev is a plus
