Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and performance management, the remote Senior Director of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis while partnering with executive leadership to enhance business value.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial planning while conducting variance analyses and providing actionable recommendations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, supporting commercialization, licensing, and growth initiatives through cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee Gross-to-Net modeling and revenue analytics, ensuring alignment between pricing strategies and financial forecasts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field required; CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting with leadership responsibility, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences
• Strong experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with commercialization planning, GTN, pricing, and revenue recognition
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting experience preferred
