Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is seeking a Senior Director of Finance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide individual coaching to up to 30 owners of solo law firms who are enrolled in the program
• Identify discrepancies between the firm's goals and their current status and recommend clear, strategic, forward-looking actions to improve profitability and growth trajectory
• Measure client progress and hold clients accountable for taking positive actions towards their stated goals

Qualifications:

• CPA or MBA with at least 10 years of experience in a senior accounting capacity
• At least 2 years of experience working within a law firm or managing the finances of a law firm
• Practical, hands-on experience with the start-up, management, and growth of a small business, especially a small law firm
• Ability to make complex financial reports simple and understandable
• Travel is required quarterly for live meetings
