Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Finance & HCM Apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance and People & Culture leaders, translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Lead the vision and strategy for core financial and human capital management processes
• Oversee the management and optimization of global ERP systems and ensure alignment with HR processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ERP systems and integrations
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite implementation and administration
• 3+ years of program or project management experience in financial SaaS solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes
