Senior Director of Finance IT
Job Summary
As a full-time remote position, the Senior Director of Finance IT will manage the strategy, transformation, delivery, and operations of the global Finance technology portfolio, overseeing core finance processes and leading a global team to deliver scalable finance technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year Finance IT technology strategy aligned with CFO priorities and enterprise architecture standards
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Finance technology programs, ensuring disciplined project execution and governance
- Lead the Finance IT operational model, ensuring high availability and performance of mission-critical Finance platforms
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with 5+ years in a Finance IT or ERP leadership role
- Deep platform expertise in Workday Financials and experience with financial close platforms like BlackLine
- Strong domain knowledge across core finance processes including R2R, S2P, and O2C
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to Finance executives while maintaining delivery accountability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
