Required Qualifications

• Proven track record as a hands-on finance operator with experience in financial operations
• Deep experience across the full financial operations stack, including AP, AR, Payroll, and Tax
• Ability to redesign financial workflows and operating models in a high-growth environment
• Experience applying AI tools and automation to financial operations
• Strong ability to coordinate with engineering and systems teams without direct authority
