Senior Director of Finance Operations

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Senior Director of Finance Operations will manage the end-to-end Source to Pay lifecycle and Compensation Operations, driving strategic sourcing, vendor management, and global payroll accuracy while ensuring compliance and process transformation in a fast-paced public company environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale Financial Operations across Source-to-Pay, Global Payroll, Equity Administration, and Sales Commissions
• Drive strategic sourcing and vendor management while overseeing compliant global payroll operations
• Champion AI-driven automation and process transformation, partnering with various departments to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial operations, particularly in Source to Pay and/or Compensation Operations
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams in a SOX-compliant public company environment
• Experience with enterprise-level systems relevant to S2P and Compensation Operations
• Track record of driving large-scale process transformation with measurable outcomes
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders on complex financial topics
